Bart Ender is the nickname given by Gregory to the resident bartender of Sumo Town. This bartender temporarily employed Gregory at his bar to clean tables in exchange for a one-night stay at his inn. He later assisted Gregory again by providing directions to Tokidoki's Map Shop, and taught Gregory the symbols for "map".
